規則／用法
- 現在簡單：習慣、真理、長期工作／居住、時刻表。
- 現在進行：說話當下、暫時安排、發展中的趨勢（*The market is cooling.*）。
- 狀態動詞（know, want, own, seem）通常不用進行式；C1 例外：*I'm loving this*（口語強調體驗）。
- 職場：進度更新常用進行式（*We're finalizing…*）；職責描述用簡單式（*I own the vendor relationship.*）。
