規則／用法
- 可理解但慎用：lit, adulting, vibe check, no cap, bet（世代／場合敏感）。
- 過時或空洞：synergy（滥用）, think outside the box（陳腔）, circle back 每句都用。
- 易冒犯：guys（視聽眾）、bossy、某些年齡／身體評論。
- 策略：會議聽得懂 slang；自己產出以中性＋精準為主。
