軟化語氣
Softening: kind of / a bit / I was wondering if…
美式職場靠軟化保持關係；C1 要會軟，也要會在該清楚時收掉軟詞。

規則／用法
- 程度軟詞：a bit, kind of/kinda, somewhat, pretty（美式）。
- 認識軟化：I was wondering if…, Would you be open to…, If it's not too much trouble…。
- 立場軟化：It seems…, My sense is…, From where I sit…。
- 警告：對安全、法律、錢的底線不要過度 soft——C1＝會切換語域。
