否定與限制詞

否定位置影響意思；seldom/hardly/rarely 已是否定，勿再疊 don't。

規則／用法
- 一般否定：助動詞＋not；no＋名詞（*no contingency*）。
- 限制副詞：hardly, barely, scarcely, rarely, seldom——句中已含否定意味。
- 部分否定：*Not everyone agrees.* ≠ *Everyone doesn't agree.*（後者常不自然）
- C1 談判：*I'm not saying no—I'm saying not yet.*
